27 Indian Companies with and annual turnover of EUR 360 Billion joined the Indian Business Biodiversity Initiative (IBBI)

The “National Policy on Marine Fisheries 2017” has set “mainstreaming biodiversity conservation in production processes” at the core of the new policy.

Wetlands (conservation and management) rules 2017 will impact 200000 wetlands across India.

EUR 4 Million allocated to Chilika Lake Development Authority by the Odisha Government

Thane Creek Flamingo Sanctuary and 1436 ha of mangroves as reserved forests noticed by Maharashtra Government
